Inspiration:

Inspired by Jane Powell Art Studio, Kenilworth, U.K. who suggested I might try and create a canal scene as there may be a market.

I discovered this scene crossing the canal driving into Knowle from Coventry.

In the distance we can see a viaduct carrying the Knowle/Balsall Common road.

We are looking at the Grand Union Canal.
