Inspiration:

Inspired by the Warwickshire Dr Who Group Fanzine named Planet 14.
Planet 14 was referred to by the Cyberplanner (captured here) It spoke of where the Cybermen had originally met the Doctor i.e. Planet 14.

This is my tribute to a classic Dr Who story with the evil Tobias Vaughn (Kevin Stoney) also shown on the painting.

To create the painting I used photographic material from Doctor Who Magazine and Astronomy books.
