Inspiration:

The No. 5 batsman in a Cricket team and also No. 5 in order of Doctor'.

This Doctor had a liking for Cricket.

Peter Davison played the Doctor very well and this is a tribute to his acting ability, ably supported by his companions shown here.
My two favourite stories illustrated are 'Earthshock' and 'Resurrection of the Daleks'.

The image has been approved by Anthony Ainley (The Master) who is illustrated on my painting.
I have met Peter Davison at a Memorabelia Exhibition at the N.E.C. Birmingham in 1999. Nearby was the Man from UNCLE (Robert Vaughn) to my delight.
